This giveaway is administered by Commet’s Garage LLC. Unless separately confirmed in writing, FASS is not responsible for administering the giveaway.
The giveaway begins on October 1, 2026 and officially ends on November 9, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
All qualifying purchases and free entries must be received before the giveaway closes.
Entries received after the deadline will not be accepted.
The giveaway is open to individuals who meet the following requirements:
Employees of Commet’s Garage LLC, their immediate family members, and individuals residing in their households are not eligible.
The giveaway is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
There are two ways to enter the giveaway.
OPTION 1: PURCHASE ENTRIES
Customers who make qualifying merchandise purchases through www.commetsgarage.com during the giveaway period will automatically receive entries.
For every $10 spent on eligible merchandise, you receive 1 giveaway entry.
Examples:
Only complete $10 increments count toward entries.
Purchase totals exclude applicable sales tax, shipping charges, gift cards, and refunded or canceled purchases.
Separate orders are not combined to calculate entries.
Purchases must be successfully completed and verified.
All purchase entries are subject to the maximum individual entry limit described in Section 5.
OPTION 2: FREE ENTRY WITHOUT PURCHASE

Anyone who meets the eligibility requirements may enter the giveaway completely free of charge.

Include the following information:
Participants may request up to 100 free entries, subject to the combined entry limit.
All eligible free entries will be entered into the same drawing as purchase entries.
Free entries carry the exact same chance of winning as purchase entries.
No purchase, payment, donation, or shipping charge is required to enter.
Each eligible participant may receive a maximum of 100 total entries during the giveaway period.
This limit applies to all entry methods combined.
For example:
Participants may obtain the maximum number of entries without making any purchase.
All eligible entries have equal weight in the drawing.
Using multiple identities or email addresses to intentionally exceed the entry limit is prohibited.
ONE WINNER WILL RECEIVE A BRAND NEW FASS FUEL SYSTEM!
The winner may select an eligible FASS Fuel System designed for their truck, subject to a maximum retail value of $900 USD.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $900 USD
The prize includes:
The prize does not include installation, labor, additional accessories, or modifications.
The winner must provide accurate vehicle information, including year, make, model, and engine, to determine compatible FASS systems.
If a compatible FASS system exceeds the $900 retail limit, that system is not eligible for selection.
Prize selection is subject to product availability.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
No more than one prize will be awarded.
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
The drawing will take place within seven calendar days after November 9, 2026.
Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of winning.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Commet’s Garage LLC may record or livestream the drawing for transparency.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided during entry or checkout.
The potential winner must respond within seven calendar days of receiving the notification.
If the potential winner:
An alternate potential winner may be selected through another random drawing.
The sponsor may require verification of identity, age, residency, and eligibility before awarding the prize.
Commet’s Garage LLC will cover standard shipping costs to an eligible address within the continental United States.
For an eligible winner residing in Alaska or Hawaii, Commet’s Garage LLC will arrange standard delivery without requiring the winner to pay a shipping charge.
The winner must provide a valid shipping address.
The sponsor is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect shipping information supplied by the winner, subject to applicable law.
Prize delivery timing depends on product availability and shipping conditions.
The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving the prize.
Because the prize may have a retail value of approximately $900, the sponsor may be required to report the prize to the Internal Revenue Service.
The winner may be required to provide appropriate tax documentation, such as IRS Form W-9, before the prize is awarded.
Any required tax information will be collected through a secure process.
Commet’s Garage LLC is committed to conducting a fair giveaway.
Purchase entries and free entries will be treated equally.
No purchase is required to enter or win.
Every eligible entry has the same probability of being selected.
No additional advantage will be given to customers who purchase merchandise compared with participants holding the same number of free entries.
Commet’s Garage LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent activity.

Entries may be disqualified when a legitimate violation of these Official Rules is established.
Information collected during the giveaway will be used for purposes including:
Participants will not automatically be subscribed to marketing emails solely because they entered the giveaway.

Commet’s Garage LLC may announce the winner’s first name and state of residence, where permitted by applicable law.
The winner may also be invited to participate in a photograph, video, or social media announcement.
Additional publicity participation is voluntary unless otherwise lawfully specified.
If fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the sponsor’s reasonable control materially interfere with the giveaway, Commet’s Garage LLC may take lawful corrective action.
Any suspension, modification, or cancellation must comply with applicable laws and must not unfairly deprive participants of valid entries or the advertised prize.
To the extent permitted by law, Commet’s Garage LLC is not responsible for technical failures, interrupted internet connections, or entry transmission errors outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights protected by applicable consumer laws.
After the drawing has been completed and the winner verified, participants may request the winner’s first name and state of residence.
